2021 RAM 1500 Classic Warlock 4x4 Crew Cab, one owner and a lifetime Mopar rust protection

Towing and payload

This truck is not just able to tow, it is equipped to tow. The trailer-tow mirror and brake group was paid for when new, and it brings three items that are expensive to add later: a factory-installed Class IV hitch receiver, an integrated electronic trailer brake controller in the dash, and black power trailer-tow mirrors with a lower wide-angle section. Comfort and cabin

The Crew Cab is the most versatile body in the Classic lineup. Rear legroom measures 40.3 inches (1,023 mm), enough to seat three adults for a full day on the road, and the flat load floor frees up usable space once the rear bench is flipped up, handy for tools or hockey bags. Up front, the 40/20/40 black cloth bench brings seating to six, with a centre section that folds into an armrest and work console, and the driver gets a 10-way power seat with power lumbar support.

To be clear on one point: there is no built-in navigation, since the system fitted here is the version without the navigation module. With CarPlay and Android Auto that is rarely an issue, but we would rather say so up front.

On the safety side you get advanced multistage front air bags, side curtain air bags, front seat side air bags, four-wheel disc antilock brakes with brake assist, electronic stability control with traction control, trailer sway control, tire pressure monitoring, automatic headlamps and the ParkView rear back-up camera. This truck has no advanced driver aids, no adaptive cruise control, no blind spot warning and no automatic emergency braking. That was common on this generation and this trim level.


Rust protection, the main argument for this unit

Every factory warranty on this truck has expired. We say so plainly, because it is verifiable and because it makes what follows more important.
